IIM Shillong Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

(1) Manager (Finance and Accounts) -

Educational Qualification: 

• Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)/ Institute or Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICMAI).

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts (in Govt./PSU or equivalent in industry)

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 50 years

(2) Manager (Accreditation)

Educational Qualification: 

• Master’s Degree with 50% marks from a recognized university or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Academic administration, Quality assurance, Accreditation processes. Experience with accreditation frameworks like AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, NAAC, NBA preferred.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 45 years 

(3) Assistant Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Educational Qualification: 

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 55% marks from a recognized university or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience, including: 4 years in Pay Level-4 and above OR Currently working in Pay Level-6 in Govt./PSU or equivalent industry role.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 35 years
