State Meritorious Incentive Scheme 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Haryana State Merit Scholarship Scheme is only for students of Government colleges. It provides financial assistance to the top three students (1st, 2nd and 3rd position) in each stream based on their annual university examination results. It is not for students of private colleges or students studying in distance learning or open universities. Separate merit lists will be prepared for general category boys, general category girls and SC students (both boys and girls). If the S.C. students qualify in the general list, then his/her name will be considered in the general list and additional awards will be given to S.C. category students (on the basis of merit only).

Haryana State Merit Scholarship Scheme is only for students of government colleges. This scheme will be given to the top three students (1st, 2nd and 3rd) in each branch (Arts, Commerce, Science-Medical and Non-Medical, Education). There is no income limit for this scheme.
Haryana State Meritorious Incentive Scheme 2025 Amount:
Students from different branches like Arts, Commerce, Science (Medical and Non-Medical) and Education will get separate incentives. The first ranked student in the merit list will get Rs. 5000 per annum, the second ranked student will get Rs. 3000 per annum and the third ranked student will get Rs. 2000 per annum.
State Meritorious Incentive Scheme 2025 Selection Process:
This incentive will be given on the basis of merit. If more than one student gets equal marks/percentage marks, then the award will be given on the basis of marks obtained in the main subjects.
