MCM Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Merit-cum-Average (MCM) based scholarship, the applicant must belong to a minority community such as: Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, or Parsi. Must have completed a technical/professional course at the undergraduate or postgraduate level from a recognized institution. Must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the previous final examination.

Annual Family Income:
Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Based Scholarship This scholarship is only for minority communities like Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain or Parsi. The annual family income of the applicant should be less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Based Scholarship 2025 Amount:
Under the merit-cum-means based scholarship, a hosteler gets Rs.10,000 per year as maintenance allowance and a maximum of Rs.20,000 towards course fees, making the total allowance Rs.30,000. A day scholar gets Rs.5,000 per year as maintenance allowance and a maximum of Rs.20,000 towards course fees, making the total allowance Rs.25,000.

For fresh and renewal applications for Merit-cum-Means Based Scholarship, the following documents need to be scanned and uploaded:
- Aadhar Card
- Photograph of the student
- Residence Certificate
- Institution Verification Form
- Self-declaration of income certificate of the student
- Self-declaration of community of the student
- In case of fresh: Self-attested certificate of ‘Previous Academic Marksheet’ filled in the form
- In case of renewal: Self-attested certificate of previous year
- Marksheet filled in the form.
- Fee receipt of the current course year
- Bank account proof in the name of the student
