Jnanabhumi Scholarship 2025 for Eligibility Criteria

You must be admitted to a recognized foreign university for either:

- MBBS: At least 60% or equivalent grade in your MBBS degree.

Jnanabhumi Scholarship Types:
Pre-Matric Scholarship (Classes 5–10):

Andhra Pradesh (AP) Scholarship Amount:
- MTF (Maintenance Fee)
- ITI Students: Rs.10,000 per year.
- Polytechnic Students: Rs.15,000 per year.
- Degree and Higher Courses (UG, PG): Rs.20,000 per year.
- RTF (Reimbursement of Tuition Fee): Full tuition fee, special fees, and exam fees are covered.
- Book Grants: Pre-Matric students (IX-X) also receive book grants: ₹750 for day scholars and ₹1000 for hostellers.
Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi:
Under the Ambedkar Foreign Education Fund Scholarship, selected students can get up to Rs 20 lakh or the actual cost mentioned in their admission letter, whichever is lower.
This amount is divided into two parts: a maximum of Rs 10 lakh per annum towards tuition fees and a total of Rs 10 lakh for living and other expenses, which will be paid in installments. In addition, students will also get a one-way economy class air ticket to their destination country, which is usually worth up to Rs 50,000. The scholarship also includes payment of visa fees, which usually covers the entire cost of visa processing.
