To apply for this scholarship, a student must:

• Must be a resident of Lakshadweep.
• Must be studying at the post-matriculation level (11th grade and above) from a recognized institution in the state.
• Have passed Class 10 or higher secondary or any higher exam from a recognized board or university.

Must be studying at the post-matriculation level (11th standard and above) from a recognized institution in the state. Must have passed Matriculation or Higher Secondary or any higher examination from a recognized university or Board of Secondary Education.
