Rajasthan Scholarship Portal 2025 All Scholarship Name & Other Details

Post-Matric Scholarship (PMS), Rajasthan
Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) in Rajasthan is a state-sponsored program designed to financially support students pursuing higher education after class 10. It is mainly for students from marginalized communities (SC/ST/OBC/EBC/DNT) and disabled students. The scholarship provides various benefits, including a monthly stipend for hostelers and day scholars, reimbursement of tuition fees and allowance for study materials and other educational expenses.
Eligibility
  • Must be a resident of Rajasthan. 
  • Must been SC, ST, OBC, EBC, DNT, Nomadic, Semi-Nomadic students of Rajasthan.
  • Must be studying in Class 11 or higher (recognized post-matric courses).
  • The annual family income should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakh for SC/ST candidates and Rs.1 lakh for OBC/EBC/DNT candidates.
Amount
  • Rs.1,200/month for hostellers. 
  • Rs.550/month for day scholars.
  • Full tuition fee reimbursement.

Chief Minister Sarvjan Scholarship Scheme (CMSS), Rajasthan
Rajasthan Scheme Mukhyamantri Police Sarvajan Scheme (CSS) is a scholarship scheme. Through this scheme, financial assistance is provided to the students pursuing higher education in selected top educational institutions of the state. Under this scheme, a scholarship of Rs. 5000 is given every year.
Eligibility
  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
  • The student must have secured at least 60% marks in the last qualifying examination.
  • The student must be admitted to a recognized institution approved by the Higher Education Department of Rajasthan. 
  • The applicant's annual family income must be less than Rs.2.5 lakh. 
  • This scholarship is open to students of all categories - there is no restriction on caste or community.
Amount
  • Rs.500/month for 10 months (Rs.5,000/year).
  • Rs.1,000/month for disabled students (Rs.10,000/year).

Dr. Ambedkar Post-Matric Scholarship for EBC Students
Dr. Ambedkar Post-Matric Scholarship for EBC Students in Rajasthan is specially designed for students belonging to the Economically Backward Classes (EBC) category within the general category. It supports students studying in class XI, XII, undergraduate or postgraduate courses in recognized institutions. Under this scheme, eligible students get monthly maintenance allowance, full tuition fee reimbursement and other educational assistance like book allowance and study tour charges.

  • Must be a permanent resident (domicile) of Rajasthan.
  • The student should belong to the General Category but must be classified under the Economically Backward Class (EBC).
  • The applicant should be pursuing post-matric studies, which include: Class 11, Class 12, UG,PG courses.
  • The applicant's annual family income should be Rs.1,00,000 or less.
  • The student must be enrolled in a recognized institution for the course they are studying.

  • Rs.160–750/month (based on course and stay).

Post-Matric Scholarship for SBC Student
This scholarship, run by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Rajasthan, supports students from SBC category who are admitted to postgraduate education in undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses from classes XI and XII.
Eligibility
  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
  • The applicant should belong to the Special Backward Class (SBC) category.
  • The student must be studying in Class 11, Class 12, or any undergraduate/postgraduate course at a recognized institution.
  • The total family income should not exceed Rs.1.08 lakh per year.
  • Students pursuing education through distance learning or correspondence courses are also eligible.
  • The applicant must have passed the previous qualifying examination to be eligible for the scholarship.

Ambedkar International Scholarship Scheme for SC Students
The "Ambedkar International Scholarship - SC" scheme of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Rajasthan aims to support meritorious Scheduled Caste (SC) students to pursue PhD studies in foreign universities. Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to SC students admitted to PhD.
Eligibility
  • Must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category as recognized by the Government of Rajasthan. 
  • The applicant must have completed a Postgraduate (Master's) degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks. 
  • The applicant must have secured admission to a Ph.D. program in a foreign university in any of the following subjects: Social Science, Public Administration, Law, Economics, Political Science, Anthropology. 
  • The applicant must be below 35 years of age at the time of application. 
  • The total annual family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs.6 lakh from all sources.
Amount Up to Rs.25 lakh in 3 years (Rs.10L + Rs.10L + Rs.5L).

Ambedkar Fellowship Scheme for SC Students
Ambedkar Fellowship Scheme for Scheduled Caste Students in Rajasthan is a program designed to financially support meritorious Scheduled Caste students for PhD research. It specifically focuses on subjects like Sociology, Public Administration, Law, Economics, Political Science and Anthropology. Selected candidates are provided with a monthly fellowship grant of Rs. 15,000 for a period of up to three years.

  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
  • The applicant must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
  • Must have completed a postgraduate degree (Master’s) from a recognized university.
  • Must have scored at least 55% marks in the postgraduation.

Chief Minister’s Higher Education Scholarship Scheme
The Chief Minister's Higher Education Scholarship Scheme is a program designed to support students pursuing higher education, especially those from low-income families. It provides financial assistance to students to continue their studies and reduce the burden of educational expenses.
Eligibility
  • Must be residents of Rajasthan.
  • They must be regular students admitted in any government or recognized private higher/technical institution in Rajasthan.

Rajasthan Yuva Vikas Prerak Internship Program
Rajasthan Youth Development Promoter Internship Program (RYVP) 2018-19 is a scheme of the Government of Rajasthan which engages young undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students to spread awareness about government schemes. The main objective of this program is to help people understand various government schemes and how they can benefit from them.
Eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture or Law from a recognized university. 
  • Master’s degree in any discipline including Development Studies, International Development, Political Science, Economics, Statistics, Sociology, Public Policy, Finance, Management, Engineering, Law, Agriculture, or Communication. 
  • Students in their final year/semester of a postgraduate course or those pursuing a doctorate in the above-mentioned fields. 
  • Applicants should be proficient in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. 
  • They should also be proficient in information technology, especially MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years of age as on the closing date of the relevant academic year.
