RRC Eastern Railway Act Apprentice Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 system) with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. In addition, they must possess a National Trade Certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.
Candidates with a certificate in "Wood Work Technician" under the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) are also eligible for the Carpenter trade.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be at least 15 years old and not more than 24 years old as on the cut-off date of application.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL) Category: 3 years
- SC/ST Category: 5 years
- PwBD Category: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per rules.
