PMS Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To get Post Matric Scholarship (PMS), the applicant must be an Indian citizen. The student must belong to the Scheduled Caste. The candidate must be studying in a recognized school or college after class 10 and the student's family income should be Rs.2.5 lakhs or less per annum.

The applicant must be an Indian citizen and the student must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC). The candidate must be studying in a recognized school or college after class 10 and the student's family income must be ₹2.5 lakh or less per annum. They are the only ones who will be eligible for the Post Matric Scholarship.

Annual Family Income:

Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) is only for Scheduled Caste (SC) students. So to get this scholarship, you must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC). The annual family income of the students should be Rs. 2.5 lakhs or less. However, if the family income is more than this, then you cannot apply for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) Scheme.

Course (Group 1): Degree & PG in Medicine, Engineering, Management, Law, etc.

Rs.13,500 (Hosteller), Rs.7,000 (Day Scholar)

Course (Group 2): Other Professional Courses like Nursing, Hotel Mgmt, Pharmacy

Academic Allowance (Per Year) -

Rs.9,500 (Hosteller), Rs.6,500 (Day Scholar)

Course (Group 3): General UG/PG like B.A., B.Sc., M.A., M.Com

Academic Allowance (Per Year) -

Rs.6,000 (Hosteller), Rs.3,000 (Day Scholar)

Course (Group 4): Class XI, XII, ITI, Diploma, Vocational, Polytechnic

Academic Allowance (Per Year) -

Rs.4,000 (Hosteller), Rs.2,500 (Day Scholar)
