Eligibility Criteria CDOT Recruitment 2025

Qualification:

i) All qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC-approved or recognized Universities/Deemed Universities/Institutes. Courses offered by autonomous institutions must be recognized as equivalent to relevant courses approved/recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), UGC, or AICTE.

ii) If your qualifying degree uses CGPA/OGPA or letter grades, you must indicate the equivalent percentage in the application form as per your University/Institute’s norms.

You must obtain a certificate from your University/Institute confirming this conversion, which will be required at the time of joining.

iii) Must mention the exact percentage in the marks column.
Example: 59.9% should not be rounded off to 60%.

iv) Only relevant experience acquired after the date of passing the qualifying qualification will be considered. Part-time work or internship experience will not be counted. The decision of C-DOT on experience eligibility will be final and binding.

Selection Process for CDOT Hindi Officer & Hindi Junior Translator Recruitment 2025

Written Test:

Objective type, 100 marks, 90 minutes.
Qualifying: 50% overall and 30% in each section.

Skill Test:
For candidates shortlisted from the written test.

Final Selection:
Based on written + skill test marks (merit list).

All candidates will have to produce self-attested copies of all certificates (Education/Caste/Experience) and original documents for verification during the written test and skill test. No Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided to the candidates for appearing in the written test and skill test.

The dates of the written test will be announced on the C-DOT website, and the dates of the skill test will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates after the written test.
