North 24 Parganas DMMU Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility:

1. The candidate must be a woman and should be an active SHG member under NRLM for at least two years from the date of publication of the notification and should have a valid member code registered in NRLM MIS (LOCOS).
2. Minimum educational qualification should be Higher Secondary (10+2) and Commerce background. However, in case of absence of such candidates, Graduation in any stream is also eligible. Preference will be given to candidates with higher educational qualification. Additionally, basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet) with computer training certificate is desirable.
3. The applicant's age must be between 25 and 40 years as on 01.01.2025 and proof of age must be provided through the admit card of the Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
4. Applicants should have a clear understanding of bookkeeping and accounting, a strong desire to learn new skills and be physically fit.
5. They should be willing to work in villages within and outside their district or state.
6. SHG members already employed in a salaried role in the Government or NGOs, members working as BOD or CR of cooperatives, or PRI portfolio holders are not eligible to apply.

• Daily Honorarium: Rs.500/- per day
• Monthly Limit: Max 26 days/month paid
• TA (Induction Period): Paid during 2-month induction training after 10-day state-level training.

The selection process includes 3 stages:

i) Written Exam (Total 60 Marks) -

• Business Arithmetic: 10
• Basic English: 10
• Cooperative Movement & Sangha Cooperatives: 10
• Bookkeeping, Auditing, and Accountancy: 30

• ii) Computer Test: 20 Marks
• iii) Interview: 20 Marks

Final Selection: Based on total marks in Written, Computer Test, Interview.
