Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has announced recruitment for 153 Group-B Civil Engineering posts in three departments:
- Assistant Engineer (Civil) – 80 Posts
- Municipal Engineer (Civil) – 47 Posts
- Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil) – 26 Posts

Eligibility Criteria for Haryana PSC Recruitment.
Qualification:
i) Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Public Works (B&R):
Regular Civil Engineering Degree (No part-time/distance education allowed).
ii) Municipal Engineer (Civil) – Urban Local Bodies:
Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from any recognized university/ institution.
Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric or Higher Education.
iii) Sub Divisional Engineer (Civil) – Panchayati Raj:
Degree in Civil Engineering form recognized university/ institution.
Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or higher.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years

- SC / BC of Haryana – 5 years
- PwBD (General) – 5 years
- PwBD + SC/ST/BC/EWS – 10 years (max. 52 years for Group A & B posts)
- Wife of disabled military personnel – 5 years
- Widowed / legally divorced women – 5 years
- Judicially separated women (living separately >2 years) – 5 years
- Unmarried women – 5 years
- Ex-servicemen – Military service period + 3 years (with conditions)
