Eligibility Criteria for AVNL Recruitment 

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  1. Junior Technician (Operator Material Handling Equipment):- NAC/NTC/STC in Crane Operations OR Class 10 with Heavy Vehicle License and 2 years crane-handling experience.
  2. Junior Technician (Rigger):- NAC/NTC/STC in Rigger OR Class 10 with 2 years experience in loading/unloading in a large industry (turnover above Rs.500 Cr)
  3. Junior Technician (Heat Treatment Operator):- NAC/NTC/STC in Forger and Heat Treater.
  4. Junior Technician (Fitter Auto Electric):- NAC/NTC/STC in Auto Electrician
  5. Junior Technician (Sand & Shot Blaster):- Class 10 with minimum 2 years’ experience in Shot Blasting.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 35 years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years (5 years SC/ST, 3 years OBC)
  • Ex-Apprentice: Relaxation equal to period of apprenticeship
  • Ex-Serviceman: Up to 35 years + 3 years after deducting service period (not exceeding 55 years)
  • Maximum age after all relaxations: 55 years

Pay Scale for AVNL Junior Technician Recruitment 2025

  • Basic Pay: Rs. 21,000/- per month
  • Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA): As applicable
  • Special Allowance: 5% of Basic Pay
  • Annual Increment: 3% on successful completion of tenure
  • Additional Allowance: Rs. 3,000/- per month (for medical, conveyance, insurance, etc.)

Other Benefits:
