Eligibility Criteria for South Eastern Coalfields Limited Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
(1) Assistant Foreman (Electrical) T&S, Grade-C (Trainee):
- Must have a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering approved by AICTE, or
- A Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Departmental candidates with at least 3 years of experience are also eligible.
(2) Assistant Foreman (Electrical) T&S, Grade-C:
- Must have a Diploma or Non-Diploma qualification and hold a valid Supervisory Certificate for working as an Electrical Supervisor in Mines (with Mining Part) under Indian Electricity Rules.
- Must be a Permanent Employee of the company.

- Selection will be based on a Written Test (OMR-based).

- Mental Ability / Quantitative Ability / Logical & Reasoning - 20
- General Awareness & Knowledge of CIL/SECL - 20
