South Eastern Coalfields Limited Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria
(1) Mining Sirdar -
Educational Qualification:
- Valid Mining Sirdar ship Certificate, First Aid Certificate and Gas Testing Certificate.
Experience:
- 3 years of underground mining experience.
(2) Junior Overman -
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Mining Engineering (3 years) from a recognized institute, Vaild Gas Testing Certificate, and Valid Frist Aid Certificate.
Experience:
- 01 year of Post diploma, Practical trainee in Coal mining.
SECL Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process
The selection process for SECL Recruitment 2025 will be conducted through a written test in OMR-based Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format. The test will carry a total of 100 marks and there will be no negative marking for wrong answers. The question paper will have three sections - Mental/Quantitative and Logical Reasoning (20 marks), General Awareness and Knowledge about CIL/SECL (20 marks), and Subject Knowledge (60 marks). To qualify, candidates will have to secure at least 35% marks (in General cases) or 30% marks (in SC/ST cases). A merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained in the written test.
