BCWD Post Matric Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for BCWD Post Matric Scholarship 2025 in Karnataka, the student must be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Karnataka, belong to OBC, NT/SNT, or Category-I/2A/3A/3B as per the state's backward class list. The student must be studying in a UG or PG level post-matric course in a recognized institution. The annual income of the family should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakh for Category-I and Rs.1 lakh for Category 2A, 3A and 3B. The student must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous qualifying examination.
Resident:
The student must be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Karnataka. The student must belong to OBC, NT/SNT, or Category-I/2A/3A/3B as per the Backward Classes list of the state. The student must be studying a post-matric course at UG or PG level in a recognized institution. The annual income of the family should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakh for Category-I and Rs.1 lakh for Category-2A, 3A and 3B. The student should have secured at least 50% marks in the previous qualifying examination. Also, in a family, only two male children can avail the benefit of this scholarship, whereas there is no limit for female students.
Annual Family Income:
To apply for BCWD Post Matric Scholarship 2025, the annual family income of the students should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakh for Category-I and Rs.1 lakh for Category-2A, 3A and 3B.
