- Serving in Pay Level-5.
- At least 5 years of regular service, including 2 years of probation.
Senior Technical Officer (T-6):
- Must be an ICAR employee appointed as Sr. Technical Officer (T-6) in Category-III.
- Serving in Pay Level-10.
- At least 5 years of regular service, including 2 years of probation.
