Eligibility Criteria for UCSL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025
Qualification:-
Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks from a recognized University.
Electrical: Degree in Electrical with minimum 65% marks from a recognized University.
Civil: Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks from a recognized University.
Information Technology (IT): Degree in Engineering in Computer Science with minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university
OR
Degree in Engineering in Information Technology with minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university
OR
Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit for all posts will be 27 years as on August 20, 2025, meaning applicants must be born on or after August 21, 1998.

Pay Scale for UCSL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025
- Training: 1 year, stipend Rs. 50,000/month
- After Training: Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade) – Pay Rs. 40,000–1,40,000 + DA, HRA, perks (Approx. Rs. 77,200/month, CTC ~Rs.11 lakh/year).
