The recruitment is for Technician, Trade, and Graduate Apprentices in different states including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand. Indian Oil Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria 

(1) Technician Apprentice (Codes 101-106) -

• Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in respective Engineering branch (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics).

Marks: Min. 50% for Gen/EWS/OBC, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD.

(2) Trade Apprentice (Codes 107-111) -

• Qualification: Matric (10th) + 2 years full-time ITI in Fitter / Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Instrument Mechanic / Machinist.

(3) Graduate Apprentice (Code 112) -

• Qualification: Full-time graduate (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com) with min. 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

(4) Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Codes 113-114)

• Qualification: Class 12th pass (for Fresher) or Class 12th + Skill Certificate in Data Entry Operator.

Age Limit (as on 30.09.2025):

• Minimum Age: 18 years 
• Maximum Age: 24 years

Age Relaxation: 

• SC/ST Category - 5 years
• OBC-NCL Category - 3 years
• PwBD Category: 10 years
• PwBD (OBC-NCL) Category: 13 years
• PwBD (SC/ST) Category: 15 years

IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2025 - Stipend

Graduate Apprentice:-

• Total stipend: As per Apprentices Act.
• Rs. 4,500/- will be paid directly by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) into the apprentice’s Aadhaar-linked bank account.
• The remaining amount will be paid by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL).

Technician Apprentice:-

• Total stipend: As per Apprentices Act.
• Rs. 4,000/- will be paid by BOAT directly into the apprentice’s Aadhaar-linked bank account.
• The remaining amount will be paid by IOCL.

Trade Apprentice:-

• Will receive the full stipend amount directly from IOCL (no BOAT involvement).
