Eligibility Criteria for West Bengal PDCL Recruitment
(1) Assistant Mines Manager:-
(A)
- Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering / AMIE (Mining Engineering) from UGC/AICTE recognized institute.
- Certificate: 1st Class / 2nd Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (under CMR 1957/2017).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in coal mine.
(B)
- Qualification: Diploma in Mining Engineering (from State Council of Technical & Vocational Education & Skill Development / AICTE approved institute).
- Certificate: 1st Class / 2nd Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (under CMR 1957/2017).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in coal mine.
(C)
- Qualification: Only 1st Class / 2nd Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (under CMR 1957/2017).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years experience in coal mine.
(2) Welfare Officer
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate with 2 years full-time PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Program in Management with specialization in HR / IR / Personnel Management OR MHROD / MBA / MSW (HR Major) from recognized University/Institute
Experience:
- Experience in coal mine or industrial undertaking preferable.
(3) Colliery Engineer
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (UGC/AICTE recognized).
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (State Council/AICTE approved). Diploma (Electrical) with Electrical Supervisory Certificate preferred.
Experience:
- 1 year experience in mine.
- 10 years experience as Excavation/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, out of which 5 years in mine.
(4) Junior Engineer (Mech.)
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (AICTE recognized)
Experience:
- 5 years experience as Mine Engineer in Mechanical/Excavation sector, out of which 3 years in coal mine.
(5) Junior Engineer (Electrical)
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (AICTE recognized).
Experience:
- 5 years as Mine Electrical Engineer, out of which 3 years in coal mine.
(6) Surveyor
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Mining Survey Engineering (State Council/AICTE approved) with DGMS Certified Surveyor’s Certificate (CMR 1957/2017).
- Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency from DGMS under CMR 1957/2017
Experience:
- 1 year experience in mine (after DGMS certificate)
- 5 years experience in mine (after DGMS certificate)
