ESIC Mumbai Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility:

Candidates who have retired from Central/State PWD Department or any Central/State Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) as a Junior Engineer or above are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:

(i) Junior Engineer (Civil):

• Must have a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

(ii) Junior Engineer (Electrical):

• Must have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

Experience:

• Retired Government Engineers having experience in building construction and maintenance will be given preference during selection.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 64 years as on 14.11.2025.

For the post of Junior Engineer (Civil and Electrical) under ESIC Mumbai, the salary will depend on the type of previous employment. Employees retired from non-pensionable organisations like PSUs or autonomous bodies will get a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 33,630.
