National College Match 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria

• High school senior enrolled in U.S. school (or U.S. citizen/PR abroad).
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Mostly A’s in challenging courses; often top 5–10% of class; no strict GPA cutoff.
• If you submit standardized test scores, you will likely need to have scores within the middle 50% SAT score range: 1280-1460 and/or the middle 50% ACT score range: 26-33.
• Typically from households earning <$65,000/year for 4 members, with minimal assets.

Resident:

For the QuestBridge National College Match, only U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible. Students must be high school seniors studying in the United States, or U.S. citizens/permanent residents living abroad. International students living outside the United States without U.S. citizenship or permanent residency are not eligible.

QuestBridge National College Match 2026-27 Award:

The QuestBridge Match Scholarship gives selected students a full four-year scholarship worth over $325,000. It covers tuition, housing, meals, and other college expenses at partner colleges, so students can attend without worrying about costs.

National College Match 2026-27 Family Income:

Students whose families earn less than $65,000 a year (for a family of four) and do not have many savings or property are considered from a low-income background. This means they may face financial challenges in paying for college and are therefore given special for scholarships like QuestBridge.

QuestBridge National College Match 2026-27 How to Apply: 

To apply for the QuestBridge National College Match 2026-27, students must complete an online application through the QuestBridge Application Portal. Submit the application online by September 30, 2025.

To apply, you will need to provide information about your educational qualifications, activities, family status, and financial background. You will also need to complete an essay and submit two teacher recommendations from your main academic subject. Your current high school transcript and any other transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable), along with a school report from your high school counselor, must be included. A school profile is optional but recommended. If you have taken standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, IB, AP, or English Language Proficiency Test, include those scores (unofficial reports are acceptable).
