NIFT Chennai Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

(1) Young Professional - Assistant AI Engineer

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Information Technology from a recognized University or Institution. Specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc., is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in AI model development and deployment.

(2) Young Professional - Marketing Lead

Qualification:

Must be a Postgraduate in Management Studies (MBA or equivalent). Specialization in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Strategy preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

(3) Young Professional - Creative Lead

Qualification:

Must be a Graduate from NIFT/NID or any recognized Design Institution. Should have previous experience in trend report creation and visual communication.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in designing creative content related to crafts, fashion, or trends.

(4) Young Professional - Fashion Lead

Qualification:

Must be a Graduate from NIFT/NID or a recognized institute with experience in trend report creation.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion trend forecasting and design direction.

(5) Young Professional - Content Lead

Qualification:

Must be a Graduate from NIFT/NID or recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in copy and multimedia content management.

Age Limit:

NIFT YP Recruitment - Selection Process

(i) Initial Screening:

All applications will be first screened to verify eligibility based on educational qualifications, experience, and other criteria mentioned in the advertisement.

(ii) Test & Interview:

Shortlisted candidates from the initial screening will be called for a Screening Test followed by a Personal Interview. The mode of the interview (offline or online) will be decided by NIFT and communicated to candidates through email.

Final Selection:

The final selection will be based on the candidate’s overall performance, including qualifications, experience, and interview/test results.
